The Palm Springs Preservation Foundation announced today that it is pursuing the historic site designation of singer/actor Frank Sinatra’s “Twin Palms” residence on behalf of homeowners Tom and Marianne O’Connell.

Funny Web Park, a blogger using Blogspot, wrote an article entitled 14 Most Famous Celebrity Owned Homes. The article featured Twin Palms, the former desert estate of Frank Sinatra, and other resorts and estates owned by celebrities such as Paul Newman, Donatello Versace, CNN founder Ted Turner, and actor Robert Di Niro among others.
