Every February since its creation in 2009, 75,000 modernist enthusiasts from across the world head to the mecca of modernism, Palm Springs California, to celebrate mid century architecture and design during Modernism Week. This 10 day festival, which takes place from February 16th to the 26th, features more than 250 events including home and garden tours, films, lectures, culinary events, the vintage furniture show and sale, and much more. “Mansions and Millionaires”, a unique television program on Extra TV recently ran a feature on Frank Sinatra’s home in Palm Springs. Host Michael Corbett hosts this unique series which takes viewers on tours of extraordinary mansions and venues of the rich and famous around the world. On their segment, “How to Enjoy the Outdoors in a Lap of Luxury” many of Natural Retreat’s retreats throughout their United States, United Kingdom, and Europe were featured. A heavy focus was on the desert oasis of Palm Springs, where our iconic Frank Sinatara Twin Palms Estate is found.
